As we start another new year it is the time not only to reflect on the past but also to develop a purpose for the year ahead. During this festive season many people who live in the northern climates have snow. It got me to thinking about snowballs. If you look at the next year what type of snowball will you create to roll down a hill? As the snowball rolls down the hill it not only gets larger as it picks up more snow it also then gains mass, picks up speed, and with a little planning, carries itself far down the hill and onto the land below. What will you do to create a plan that "rolls down the hill" and gains mass, strength and speed to carry you towards your goals? Define what your "snowball" will be
