Transformation. One of the great experiences we all can have is to create change!  Too many folks look at this as far too complex a process and shy away from embracing what transformative thinking can do for them. A simple example is getting to work each day - at one stage of your life that was a transformation and, to a large degree, it still is today! Why - change involved moving from one place to another - and now you do it as a habit. Most of us have many, many transformation - getting married, having children, changing jobs, taking a trip or buying a new home! If you embrace this approach you will find that you are able to make other changes in your life and vocation so that you move steadily towards your future - the goals you see for yourself and your family!
