This past week in our business we have had an individual installing and training on new equipment and software. Their extensive experience and knowledge (developed since they were thirteen years old) is a wonderful demonstration of this concept; their knowledge ensures not only great results but an example for all to follow. So this week take the time to figure out what that skill is for you - then take action to develop it to the greatest extent you can!
