By-products. In celebration of this, my 600th weekly Booster, I wanted to talk about setting a goal, sticking to it, and how much I have learned from the process. One of the significant by-products of goal setting, developing plans of action, and following through are the lessons one learns about not only the process but from the milestones passed, the knowledge gained, the relationships established, and the new experiences. This journey to date has served to enhance my ability to assist others, to work with our small business community, and to hopefully make a small difference to others. I can only hope that the next 600 will provide even more great lessons and by-products.
