Grass is greener. I recall several years – well – over 20 years ago – seeing a greeting card that on the cover stated “The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence” – (on the inside it said) – “until you jump over and find that it is artificial turf!” I feel this way about the current economic news that we continually here these days. There is little doubt that we are in a time of great challenge and for those that have lost their job – that is the real definition of a recession to them. But, as in any circumstance, there are companies doing well, individuals doing well, and there are many opportunities to provide services to this changing marketplace. What can you do to make your own “grass greener?” What steps can you take to change your habits and take advantage of these times to improve and enhance your own life?
"Opportunity... often it come disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat."
