Numbers. We hear a lot about numbers in these difficult times. There is no doubt that the numbers are important but too often we lose sight of what is really important; and that is what is behind the numbers. What is the strategy, what are the goals, what are the actions that are being taken? The numbers keep score but the actions to move us all forward are what really matter! It is critical that we focus on the strategies that will give us the motivation to go forward , take the actions, and see the results. At every stage in this process we refocus and work even harder to make things better. So as you move forward towards Valentine's Day focus your efforts and activities on the strategies that lead to continuous improvement.
