Set your rigging. This past week we have again hosted the annual Gold Cup sailing races in Hamilton Harbour. This is match racing at its very best. World class sailors pitting their skills against each other. Fine tuning each boat so that you can get just a little more speed or just a little edge to get to the finish line first. Each of us is challenged to find the right adjustment to our skills and experience so that we create an edge and can achieve greater results all of the time. Assess where you are today and work to identify the adjustments you need to make so that you continue to work effectively towards your goals. Can you get to your finish line?
