Ripples. I am certain that all of you at one time or another have stood by a pond and tossed a pebble in just to see what happens. On a calm body of water the pebble drops into the water and sends out ripples in all directions. These ripples flow to the shore of the pond and onto the land and back into the pond. A small pebble makes this happen! If you were to think of yourself as a pebble and you pushed out ripples of action, positive feelings, and encouragement to all around you just think of the impact you would have. Too often we are stopped from taking action because we feel it has to the “next big thing”. Remember the tortoise and the hare – small steps can do wonders. So in your business and in your life take these small steps and not only make progress towards your own goals but help to move the community and the world to a better place.
