Energy. Have you watched children at play lately? They seem to have an endless supply of energy. They just go and go and go and yes, then they tire, and they rest! Do you recall what that was like for you? Children are doing things they love to do and enjoy the interaction with their friends and their siblings. Can you find that same energy today? As we grow into adulthood and work for a living that energy seems to somehow be reduced or even disappear. This does not have to be the case – what we have to do is strive to find a way of earning a living that keeps us energized and having fun. The secret is to work at what you love to do and then it is never really hard work at all. There can be fun and learning when you are doing what you are really good at doing. So start to seek out what those activities are and take a new look at what you really want to do so you not only enjoy it but make an even greater contribution to your community.
