Strategy. What is your strategy for your business and your life? If you want to take full advantage of your unique ability and your knowledge and experience then it is important to develop what is your long term goal. Ask yourself the question – where do I want to be in three years from today? Another way to describe this is that you always begin with the end in mind. So jot down where you want to be – the destination. Then assess what the obstacles you feel exist that will prevent you from getting to those goals. Now is the most critical part and the place where far too many people just stop! You must look at each obstacle and identify what you can do to go over, under, through; whatever it takes to get past that obstacle. Once you have a plan you can act and move past the obstacle and make progress towards your goals. This is what success feels like – when you make things happen and change outcomes. So make a start today!
