450. When I started these weekly Booster Shots some nine years ago I am not sure I would have believed that I would still be doing them today. To reach this milestone of 450 of them is amazing to me! It has been both an adventure and a wonderful learning experience. I also continue to receive positive feedback on a regular basis from a wide variety of the readers. What can you learn from my experience? The key thing is that if you set your mind to something you can and will do it! The second thing is that inspiration is everywhere. I am fortunate enough to overlook our beautiful harbour here in Hamilton and it provides a great range of ideas as do the everyday things that happen in our lives. There is little doubt that the experiences we have and those we share with others not only mold us but provide the basis for many of our best memories and ideas. So look at your experiences and identify what you want to do more than anything and give it a shot. There is never failure if you always keep trying and moving forward one step at a time!
