Waves. I am sitting in a room on the beach in Jamaica. I have attended
meetings relative to diabetes for North American and the Caribbean Region. The waves wash up on the beach and create a sound that is both soothing and refreshing. The tide rises and falls and the beach is refreshed so that it once again has a new start after each high tide. What are the waves in your life that allows you to approach each new day with a fresh and positive outlook such that you can take on any challenge and make a difference? How do you create a "clean beach" each day? Make a list of the things you do to create fresh starts. A positive approach combined with high energy will help you create your own form of tidal power.
