Change. Many people fear change. Change is actually a constant in all of our lives and we need to embrace change as an ally and a friend. Through our lives and in our businesses we make changes all of the time. The learning we do each day is change; the creation of new ideas in our business is change; the making of new friends or getting new clients is change; almost all of our activities and our daily decisions are about change. So rather than fearing and resisting change we all need to use change as the agent that makes ourselves, our businesses, and our community a better place to live and work. Start your week with a short list of several changes you would make to improve the results you get from your efforts each day this week.
