Perfection. We see ads that suggest . The relentless pursuit of perfection! The challenge with pursuing perfection is you can set yourself up for frustration and stress if you set these bars too high. It is also important as to who establishes how you measure perfection. Is it what you think or what you perceive others to think about you. I prefer to think that what you do is your absolute best, using the tools that you know. If you do the best job and give your best effort then you achieve results. Do not set yourself up for "failure" by trying to live up to what you perceive others think - be firm with yourself and move forward. Pay attention to the process and the experience not on being perfect.
