Adjustment. In a previous booster I advised that our family had moved to Toronto. I had the opportunity to spend day with them on my return from my courses in Halifax. After only a week they knew many of their neighbours, met many of the children, and got started in school. Imagine our surprise when my Rian was seen to already be playing street hockey with the other boys on the street. This was his first time at this and he came to proudly announce that he had learned how to stick handle and had scored three goals. Turns out that this was a birthday party and he even was invited in for supper with the other boys. To top off their weekend they were going to the Santa Claus parade in downtown Toronto. Always amazing to watch the younger generation adapt to new ways and new opportunities.
