Education. Last week I “was in a “classroom” getting updated on the upcoming changes to financial reporting that will be the world standard as of January 1, 2011. I cannot recall the last time I spent this much time with my peers in such a setting. It brings to mind the power of education and the need to always learn. Most of us have experienced the power of lifetime learning through our experiences and other courses that we have taken as part of our own business careers and personal growth. This opportunity for me was most welcome and allowed me to put into perspective the changes that will affect my clients and all other business. I t also made me appreciate that continued learning is great for our minds. I hope you too take advantage of such opportunities, whatever they might be.
