Strengths to weaknesses. Many of us know what our greatest strengths are it is how we use these characteristics that counts. In dealing with other people one has to understand their strengths as well. If they approach problem solving in a manner that is opposite to your approach then in all likelihood you will end in disagreement. It is critical that you understand how the other people operate and feel if you are use your own strengths most effectively. Likely reminds you of bringing up your own children. You have to understand how they think before you use your own approaches or some memorable events are created. Take the time to ensure that you use your strengths in the right circumstances and adapt to the situations as needed.
