Steering by the wake. As I watch the ferries scoot around the harbour in Hamilton I am reminded that it is even more important to ensure that we do not go through our lives and our business activities looking backwards at the wake we are leaving but rather that we navigate by looking forward and developing a course that moves us towards us goals.
