Niceness. I am reading a new book by Jack Mitchell, who wrote “Hug Your Customer”. This new book is entitled “Hug Your Employee” and it is a great overview on ensuring your build a great team in your business, and in your life. It focuses on building relationships based on mutual respect and trust. Everyone wants to be appreciated and know that they are a valued member of the family or the team. There is a saying that you get more “with honey than you do with vinegar” – that is really just another way of applying the “Golden Rule”. If you want to build a strong team in any area of life just keep this in mind.
