First things. How many times do you chose to do what is easiest and therefore put off the more difficult things that face you at any time? This is a normal trait of all of us. It does often lead to not moving ahead or getting the most important things done. The challenge in this is when this does occur we tend to beat up on ourselves for not getting the things done. Take a moment and develop an approach that says I will work on what is important and, if necessary, not get the "other things" done at all. If you do this you will find that you are using your natural talents mote effectively and actually having a lot more fun.
