Innovating. I will relate
an experience that Karen had this past week. The subway cold not
proceed due to switching problems and it was apparent that the train
would be be delayed for a period of time. She spoke to several of
the other people on the train and asked if they might like to share
a cab to her stop. Not all responded by one young man did so and
they left the train and hailed a cab. It turned out that this young
man has started his own charity that provides education and literacy
assistance to young children in Nepal. They had a great conversation
and plan to meet to see how they might work together in Karens
business in the area of Volunteerism overseas. So what appeared
to be a negative circumstance turned into a great learning opportunity
and the making of a new friend. What has happened to you lately
where you have been able to turn a negative situation into a positive
one.

fails, admit it frankly and try another. But above all, try something.
