Enthusiasm. What is it that you do that makes you enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated? Over the past several weeks I have spent a fair amount of time assessing what makes me "tick" and what I should be doing to ensure that I focus my efforts and energies on this characteristic. I have been fortunate enough to have had a number of very great meetings both in Bermuda and in Toronto over that time which helped me to quickly see the "tick." My passion is helping entrepreneurs and to that end these meetings have served to re-energize me to do as much of that as I can. Heat up your coming winter by focusing your efforts on what makes you "tick". You will have greater success and a lot more fun.
