Success. How does one
measure success? Too often we wait for success and attempt to measure
it by a scoring system that usually involves money. This leads to
dissatisfaction and unhappiness as when you reach that goal you
very seldom feel fulfilled. The key is to measure your success by
the impact that you have on those around you. Those that truly succeed
have an impact on the way things are done, the way we see things,
and what we appreciate. The development of something new is success.
The creation of something is
success. If you are striving for something assess what you are doing
to ensure that you measure its success properly so that you get
the greatest senses of achievement and joy from what you have done.
"He has achieved success who has worked well, laughed often,
and loved much."
