Change. We have all heard
the saying "there is nothing so constant as change." Many
are ill prepared for change and, as a result, suffer a lot of stress
in situations of change in their lives. If you look back at your
life to date you will see a great number of changes. In fact your
whole life has been about change - it is just that one of the jobs
that parents have is to help us prepare for certain changes in our
lives. (school changes, moving, growing up and facing new challenges,
etc) Plan for change, seek it out - changes are new opportunities
